Campaign ROI Calculator
Campaign ROI equals revenue minus total included costs, divided by those costs, multiplied by 100. Include costs beyond media spend to make the comparison meaningful.
Formula & method
Total cost = ad spend + other costs; ROI (%) = (revenue − total cost) ÷ total cost × 100.Worked example
| Input | Value |
|---|---|
| Attributed revenue | 5,000 ¤ |
| Advertising spend | 1,200 ¤ |
| Other included costs | 1,800 ¤ |
| Result | Value |
|---|---|
| Total included costs | 3,000 ¤ |
| Estimated profit | 2,000 ¤ |
| Return on included costs | 66.66666667 % |

Assumptions & limits
This model uses return on all included costs. It excludes anything you omit and is not a forecast of campaign performance. Allocate shared costs consistently and account for revenue adjustments before comparing periods.
Displayed results are rounded. Calculations use unrounded JavaScript numbers; small floating-point differences are possible.
Use the same currency and reporting period for every monetary input. This tool does not fetch prices, exchange rates or account data.

ROAS Calculator
ROAS is attributed revenue divided by ad spend. Revenue of 4,500 from spend of 1,500 gives 3× ROAS, equivalent to 300%.
Traffic Arbitrage Profit Calculator
Modeled profit equals monetized page views × page RPM ÷ 1,000 minus traffic spend and included fixed costs. Positive assumptions do not guarantee a profitable traffic source.
Gross Margin Calculator
Gross margin is revenue minus included cost of goods, divided by revenue, multiplied by 100. Revenue of 1,000 and cost of 650 gives a gross profit of 350 and margin of 35%.
CPM Calculator
CPM equals advertising spend divided by impressions, multiplied by 1,000. A spend of 1,200 for 400,000 impressions gives a CPM of 3 in the same currency.
